By booking a pitch with Anglian Traders you agree to the following:

Upon confirmation of your pitch you will be sent payment details and your booking will not be confirmed until payment is recieved.
All stalls at Culford & Troston are inside unless otherwise stated.
All stalls at Cavenmham are outside, and each trader is responsible for bringing their own gazebo, weights and tables. These must adhere to the commonly accepted health & safety practises expected of a market trader.
There is a limited access to electrical supply at Culford & Troston. If you absolutely need electricity to trade this must be stated when booking.
There is no electrical supply available at Cavenham.
While there will be bins for guests to dispose of their rubbish, all stallholders must dispose of their own waste.
All stallholders must accept both cash and card payments.
Any questions on the day must be directed towards an organiser who will be on site and wearing a high-vis jacket.
Any instruction given by an organiser (wearing a high-vis jacket) or anyone acting on behalf of the organiser must be adhered to.
While you can offer things like free samples etc to drum up trade, we do ask you to only do this at your own stall. We do reserve the right to restrict this permission without notice.
We ask that all packaging should be recyclable and should avoid plastic wherever possible.
Payment for your pitch is non-refundable.
